While summarizing his judicial philosophy, US Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia addressed himself in the third person. He also thought those who believe the Constitution is a living document are "idiots."
While summarizing his judicial philosophy, US Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia addressed himself in the third person. He also thought those who believe the Constitution is a living document are "idiots."
"Scalia does have a philosophy, it's called originalism," he [Scalia] said. "That's what prevents him from doing the things he would like to do," he told more than 100 politicians and lawyers from this U.S. island territory.
